Any internet user in any country has the ability to browse certain sections of the Platform without registering with us, but please note we do not offer any product or service under this Platform outside India and the United States (see United States Privacy Policy in accordance with United States data privacy laws) . Where possible, we indicate which fields are required and which fields are optional in AptonShops online forms in our AptonShops Platform. AptonShops has onboarded certain third-party business partners on the Platform to allow publishing of listings and reviews to outside social media sites. If you use AptonShops services, you will be redirected to these business Partners websites/applications and your entry to these Partner websites/applications will be based on your AptonShops login credentials after you have granted permission to share your data. Flipkart shall not be responsible for a Partner’s privacy practices or the content of their privacy policies, and we request you to read their privacy policies prior to disclosing any information.

You understand that your access to these products/services may be affected in the event consent is not provided to us.
In our efforts to continually improve our product and service offerings, we and our Partners collect and analyze demographic and profile data about our users' activity on our Platform. We identify and use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Platform.
